Alana joined the firm as a Senior Attorney in 2018. In her two decades of practice, in addition to general liability, she has handled complex litigation in the areas of construction defect, products liability, architects and engineers’ liability, and environmental claims. She has extensive experience working with Lloyd’s of London syndicates, and is frequently retained to represent their insureds in high profile healthcare professional liability litigation. She takes great pride in achieving exceptional results in the most cost effective manner for her clients.
Outside of the office, Alana is a passionate food and wine enthusiast. A self-taught cook, she is a multi-time winner of a well-known French cooking contest, beating contestants from top culinary schools. She recently obtained an Advanced Certification with Merit in Wine Theory from a world renowned wine education institute, and is pursuing further professional wine studies.
