Overview
Nichole (“Nikki”) Camiso Holmes, Esq. is a seasoned litigator who has dedicated her career to insurance defense litigation with concentrated experience in transportation, automobile and rideshare law, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, construction site/pharmaceutical site accidents, construction defect, products liability, toxic tort, premises/commercial premises liability, insurance coverage, SIU/fraud, DRAM shop liability, professional liability, negligent security, public entity liability, employment law, education law, Title IX matters, and special education/regulatory federal law (IDEA, FAPE). Nikki has experience representing clients at all stages of federal, state and national/administrative law levels, skills which are essential to our litigation practice. Nikki has also represented clients in civil rights and due process matters before various judicial, quasi-judicial, and administrative forums throughout the country on a pro hac vice basis, giving her a diverse familiarity with litigation mechanisms nationwide.
In the interests of service to the legal community, Nikki serves as an arbitrator for the Superior Court of New Jersey on an as-needed basis. She is also an avid animal lover, assisting with animal rescue personally and professionally, on a pro bono basis.
Nikki received both her undergraduate degree and law degree from Temple University, where she successfully represented Temple Law at a competitive level in both trial advocacy and appellate work, earning her several accolades and awards.
