Overview

Brad possesses significant experience representing the interests of insurers, insureds, and self-insured companies in relation to motor vehicle, construction, property damage, premises liability, rideshare, and mass tort-related claims.  In the motor vehicle setting, Brad has defended the interests of corporate sales fleet operators, bus companies, trucking companies, and the operators of private passenger vehicles.  In the construction setting, Brad has extensively represented property owners and contractors in personal injury claims involving the New York State Labor Law and associated contractual and risk transfer issues.  Brad has further represented a multitude of contractors in relation to construction defect claims involving breach of contract, breach of warranty, and alleged breaches of the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act.

Brad has further handled numerous cases involving losses resulting from fire, and has represented property owners and contractors in property damage claims brought by neighboring property owners based upon alleged vibrations resulting from construction activities.  Brad has also defended the interests of numerous public entities in claims involving the New Jersey Tort Claims Act.  With regard to premises liability, Brad has represented property owners, tenants and contractors in a variety of settings.  Brad otherwise possesses significant experience defending the interests of numerous other types of businesses and charitable organizations in relation to general liability claims.

Prior to joining Goetz Schenker Blee & Wiederhorn, LLP, Brad was an associate at a prominent regional insurance defense firm, where he represented clients in both New York and New Jersey in relation to construction, premises liability, property damage, and general liability matters.

Brad is admitted to the Bar in the State of New Jersey, State of New York, and to the United States District Court, District of New Jersey and Southern District of New York.

Brad obtained his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School, where he also served on the editorial staff of the New York Law School Media Law and Policy Journal.  Brad obtained his undergraduate degree, a B.A. in history, from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, M.A.
