Daniel’s practice is devoted to civil litigation including insurance defense, automobile and property damage liability. Daniel began his legal career as a paraprofessional where he worked on complex civil litigation including employment, consumer fraud and criminal matters. Upon being admitted to practice, he handled insurance defense litigation as an associate at Stein, McGuire, Pantages & Gigl, LLP.
Daniel received his undergraduate degree from Montclair State University and received his law degree from New York Law School in 2014. He is admitted to practice in the New Jersey State Court and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He enjoys spending time with his family, reading and music production.
