Jim joined Goetz Schenker Blee & Wiederhorn, LLP, in 2020, and is an Associate in the firm’s New Jersey office. He has approximately 20 years of litigation experience in civil defense matters. His areas of expertise include automobile defense, general liability, premises liability and insurance coverage. Jim has experience in all facets of litigation.
Prior to joining Goetz Schenker Blee & Wiederhorn, Jim worked at a firm that handled insurance coverage and subrogation actions for insurers. Jim was also formally a Partner at an established defense firm focusing on civil defense.
Jim received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of South Carolina in 1994, and his Juris Doctorate degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2001. Jim is admitted to practice in both the State and Federal Court in New Jersey.
