Jim joined Goetz Schenker Blee & Wiederhorn in 2020 and is an associate in the firm’s New Jersey office. Jim has nearly three decades of experience in defense litigation, with extensive jury trial experience and expertise in all types of civil litigation in both state and federal courts. He has demonstrated proficiency in personal injury, premises liability, products liability, civil rights, employment discrimination, insurance coverage, commercial litigation and construction litigation, with a proven ability to handle complex, high profile, high-exposure cases and a demanding caseload.
Before joining the firm, Jim worked for defense firms in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Puerto Rico. He is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
Jim graduated from Rutgers University in 1987. He received his law degree from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware in 1990, and is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico and New York, as well as the federal courts in those jurisdictions.
Jim currently resides in New Jersey.
