Overview

Ken joined Goetz Schenker Blee & Wiederhorn in 2020 and is a senior trial partner in the firm’s New York office. He focuses his practice on New York State Labor Law, construction defect, premises liability, property damage, automobile claims, as well as complex coverage disputes including claims of bad faith against insurance carriers. Ken has achieved positive settlement results for his clients and has substantial trial experience, taking numerous cases to trial and to verdict.

Ken has been selected to New York Metro Super Lawyers from 2015 through 2020 for Insurance Coverage.

Ken earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from St. John’s University in 1983, his MBA in General Business Management from Dowling College in 1994, and his law degree, cum laude, from St. John’s University School of Law in 2000. Ken is admitted to practice in New York, the Southern, Eastern and Northern District Courts of New York, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
