Overview
Matt is originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin, he went to work as a criminal investigator for the Wisconsin State Public Defender. After graduating from law school, Matt took up permanent residence in New York City where he now lives with his wife and extended family.
Matt practices out of our New York City office’s property and casualty litigation division. The focus of Matt’s practice has been defending construction defect and personal injury lawsuits including claims arising out of violations of New York’s Labor Laws. He has represented cooperatives, developers, property owners, general contractors and subcontractors in actions involving personal injury, property damage, indemnification and contract disputes. Matt has defended architects, engineers, lawyers and physicians in personal injury and professional liability claims.
Matt is a diehard Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers and Milwaukee Bucks fan. In his spare time Matt enjoys travel, exercise and music.
