Patricia Lynn Howlett, Esq. joined the law firm of Goetz, Schenker, Blee & Wiederhorn in August 2019 where she focuses on automobile insurance defense. She has over ten years’ experience in personal injury law. She currently works in the New Jersey office. Patricia began her career working as a paralegal for 10 years in personal injury law. She worked full time and went to college and law school at night. Patricia graduated from Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She double minored in Paralegal Studies and Pre-Law. She then began attending Seton Hall University School of Law in 2005 at night and in 2009 she attaining her J.D. Patricia is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the Federal District Court of the State of New Jersey.
Patricia began her career as an attorney handling PIP arbitrations for medical providers and handling claims for petitioners in the Division of Workers Compensation in January 2010. Patricia also spent a year and a half working handling claims for landlords in Landlord Tenancy Court. Thereafter, Patricia began practicing personal injury law on behalf of plaintiffs for approximately 8 years. In October 2017, Patricia joined staff counsel handling auto insurance defense. While at staff counsel, Patricia successfully tried several cases to completion.
Patricia currently resides in New Jersey with her husband and three children.
