Tom joined Goetz Schenker Blee & Wiederhorn in 2010 and is a partner in the firm’s New Jersey office. He is responsible for an extensive caseload of the firm’s construction, product liability, toxic tort, commercial liability, professional liability, and professional malpractice cases. Additionally, Tom has headed up the litigation of consumer fraud cases, as well as the defense of municipalities and private individuals in Civil Rights violations claims.
He received his undergraduate degree from Fordham University in 1977 and his law degree from Seton Hall University in 1980. Tom is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts of New York and New Jersey.
